"Obama-Gate....the Coup d' Etate of the United States?

Most Americans have already heard about the
coming 2009 American Community
Survey . It's an annual supplement to the ten-year Census which asks Citizens questions which would normally be asked in the presence of a defence attorney.
It's a fourteen page, health, lifestyle, and financial questionaire to find out who has a flush toilet in their home; how many cars and how many drivers, and how much difficulty one might have undressing and dressing in the sanctity of their own bedroom. Indeed, every personal question imaginable is in the survey.
As mentioned, the Survey is fouteen pages long and takes an estimated 38 minutes to complete. It even goes so far as to ask about personal finances, employment records, medical history, electrical bill payments, sewer payments, water usage, and if anyone in the home is receiving food stamps; Does your home have hot and cold running water? The only question the survey doesn't ask, however, is "do you agree, and willingly submit to our (the US Government's) coercive and blatant invasion of your privacy?"
By the way, there is a $5000 fine for refusing to take the survey and a $500 fine for falsifying the answers. Yet we are never told what or how our personal information is going to be used.
Question number 16, for example, asks: "About how much do you think this house and lot, apartment, or mobile home would sell for if it were for sale?" The questionaire also asks how much State taxes are paid on the property....the latter answer of which anyone can easily find in the county courthouse.
Perhaps this question alone offers a partial hint as
to what the Government is planning. Perhaps American Citizens should get
ready for another Eminent Domain land grab like the one we saw in Texas a few years back?
Remember the Super Highway (planned to run from Mexico all the way up into Canada non-stop) ...the highway that, according to some of our mentally challenged elected officials, never existed? No doubt all those American citizens who lost their homes to the Government back then would certianly like to argue their point with those same elected officials.
The utter intrusion of our privacy and patent disregard for our US Constitution is not driven by the Patriot Act this time, but
rather it's called The 2009 American Community
Survey
But, notwithstanding, the most interesting point to the survey is, how will Mr. Obama himself answer those same intrusive survey questions?
When the survey agent comes knocking on his door holding the survey question in his/her hand, will Berry Soetero...AKA...Mr. B. Hussein Obama finally devulge his true and correct name...
Indeed, these have been the burning questions of the American Citizens ever since Obama uttered the phrase, "I'm going to run for the U.S. Presidency." And the answers to which he himself has been evading, avoiding, and concealing ever since.
The fee for obtaining an authentic, seal-embosses, certified copy
of a birth certificate from a court house is less than $50 USd. To date, however, it is estimated that Mr. B. Hussein Obama has spent $800,000 in attorney fees to keep his "personal" information quiet and away from the public. Even his University Academic records have been sealed and concealed since they too would blow the cover off his real name and country of origin.
Yet the question remains; is Mr. Berry Soetero... AKA...Barak Hussein Obama going to answer the survey questions or isn't he? He claims we wants to be the US President and leader of of the free world. But if a leader is not willing to "lead" than what is he?
Some people would refer to that person as a coward and a fraud. Still others might think he is the greatest choax-master in the history of the world to successfully be able to dupe the American people with a velvet tongue filled with false hopes and empty promises.
But since Mr. Berry Obama Soetero Barak Huessien... is decidedly the "leader" of the free world, then let him be challenged to show his leadership ability. Does he really have what it takes to be a "leader?"
If and only if... Mr Obama is willing to answer the intrusive survey question himself...then so should Americans living in every corner of the country also be willing to answer the same survey questions.
Indeed, if the President of the United States doesn't need to hire an attorney to answer the survey questions, then the average American Citizen shouldn't have to either.
But until he does answer those questions, perhaps it is a good idea for the rest of us to practice saying "I plead the fifth" just in case Mr. Berry Obama Hussein Barak... should decide to slink away from his assigned "Leadership" responsibilities by signing another Executive Order allowing him yet more time to continued with a Royal schrade.
Perhaps Dr. Ron Paul was right when he said:
"The founders
never authorized the federal government to continuously
survey the American people. More importantly, they never
envisioned a nation where the people would roll over and
submit to every government demand. The American
Community Survey is patently offensive to all Americans
who still embody that fundamental American virtue,
namely a healthy mistrust of government."
